Revenue strategist, author, speaker
Forty years in sales, the last decade in Miami real estate. Best‑selling author of Selling To Her™: EQ Is Her New ROI. Creator of the S.E.X.Y. Method™, a proprietary revenue operating system for selling to women with emotional intelligence, built around one move: connect first.

What forty years taught her
Negotiation after negotiation, the same pattern. The woman in the room was the one deciding, even when she was not the one signing the check. Sometimes she was buying alone. Frequently she was one half of a couple, quietly working out whether the purchase her partner was enthusiastic about was actually going to happen.
Nothing she had been trained on accounted for that. The playbook was built for a buyer who objects, negotiates, and tells you where you stand. This buyer did none of those things. She went quiet, and the deal evaporated without ever being lost.
So Maraly started paying attention to what actually moved her, and what made her disengage. Over four decades that turned from an observation into a pattern, and the pattern turned into a method.
No sales training was built for that. So she built it.
What she does now
All of them start the same way: with a number you calculated yourself.
The self-paced program. Which of the five filters is costing you, the S.E.X.Y. Method™ applied pillar by pillar, and a seven-day action plan you leave with.
See The Strategic FixA conference keynote on emotional intelligence as revenue strategy, built around the buyer your industry is quietly losing.
Speaking topicsThe same arithmetic at team scale, delivered as corporate training for a sales floor rather than an individual.
